Trader GP does not support switching trading platforms (e.g., from MetaTrader 4 to MetaTrader 5 or vice versa) for an active challenge. If you wish to use a different platform, you will need to purchase a new challenge.
What if I purchased the wrong platform?
If you accidentally purchased the wrong platform, contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We can create a new account for you on the correct platform, provided that:
1. You contact us within the 24-hour window.
2. No trades have been placed on the account.
